PARK AVENUE APARTMENT

The Park Avenue Apartment, located in the Upper East Side, is a renovation design in which two units were combined to create a larger single unit apartment. The project was organized to have larger living quarters while creating new sleeping spaces that were compact yet highly functional. The apartment maintains an open experience that can be divided into mutiple private quarters.
